Entry to the main event for 3 days. Single day tickets are not expected to be available. Does not include any technical workshops which may be organized and for which separate registration may be required. Does not guarantee seating in the Premium Seat zone at front of conference auditorium. Standard seating is a standard conference / theatre style seat without the guarantee of a table, paper pad or water). NB: Incorrect use of any category with a concession will be charged at the full commercial ticket rate, but without the guarantee of Premium seating. Concession Group 1: Airlines & Other Aircraft Operators
Eligibility: This category is only for employees of airlines and other operators possessing an AOC. It excludes delegates from 3rd parties who perform work for (or representing) the operator. Limited availability.

Concession Group 2: Airlines & Other Aircraft Operators – from Developing Countries only
Eligibility: This category is only for employees of airlines and other operators possessing an AOC registered in one of these ICAO categories: LDCs, LLDCs, SIDS (check for your country here). It excludes delegates from 3rd parties who perform work for (or representing) the operator. Limited availability.

Concession Group 3: Infrastructure, Fuel Companies & OEM
Eligibility: This category is only for employees of airports, air navigation service providers, equipment and aerospace OEM manufacturers, ground / cargo handlers, fuel / SAF makers and distributers. Fuel suppliers must physically make or deliver SAF or other fuels. Category excludes financiers / investors, users of fuel /SAF who should use the relevant categories.
Limited availability. Maximum attendance of 2 persons from each Fuel / SAF company or related group, unless they are a sponsor-exhibitor of the event - special offers available, contact us.

Concession Group 4: Non-Commercial & Educational Organisations
Eligibility: This category is only for delegates from aviation associations and other industry associations with members, governments, regulators, non-profits with a £5 million or higher annual income or grants. This category excludes carbon, fuel and IT non-profits organisations, except industry associations.
Limited availability. A maximum of 3 persons can register from the same organisation, unless agreed with us in writing pre-registration.

Concession Group 5: Non-Commercial & Educational Organisations - Small Category</strong
Eligibility: This category is only for delegates from aviation associations and other industry associations with members, governments, regulators, non-profits with less than £5 million annual income or grants combined. This category excludes carbon, fuel and IT non-profits organisations, except industry associations.
Limited availability. A maximum of 3 persons can register from the same organisation, unless agreed with us in writing pre-registration.
